Services and Products
YOUNGCOSMETIC offers cosmetic treatments, permanent makeup services, eyelash extension services, and related training courses. All cosmetic injectable treatments require an in-clinic consultation prior to any procedure. Treatment availability, suitability, and pricing are subject to professional assessment during consultation.
Bookings and Appointments
All bookings for treatments and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion. A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
Course Enrolments
Enrolment in training courses (including eyelash extension courses and permanent makeup courses) is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Course dates, times, and inclusions are as described at the time of enrolment. YOUNGCOSMETIC reserves the right to reschedule a course with reasonable notice if minimum enrolment numbers are not met or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We accept payments via the methods available at checkout, including credit card, debit card, and any other payment methods enabled through our WooCommerce payment gateway. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, however any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
Payment Plans
Where monthly payment plans are offered, the customer agrees to make all scheduled payments by the due dates. Failure to complete payment plan obligations may result in suspension of treatment or services until the outstanding balance is settled.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
